On September 5, 2023, we opened our doors in Brooklyn, welcoming our first guests to the counter. Our goal was simple: to bring people together through carefully crafted sushi and warm hospitality.

That spirit continues today at KIMYO Omakase. Chef Peter and Chef Ace bring precision, creativity, and care to every course, allowing the flavors and textures of each ingredient to shine.

In an intimate setting shaped by shadows and contrast, the experience unfolds one piece at a time—prepared in front of you and served directly from the chefs’ hands.
